What data is collected

When you place an order, Voxov Design collects: name, email, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and payment details (handled by Shopify Payments).

When you visit the site with analytics consent, Google Analytics may store a cookie used to measure usage. With marketing consent, Meta Pixel may store a cookie used for ad measurement.

Lawful basis

• Performance of contract, for fulfilling orders.
• Legitimate interest, for understanding site usage and improving the site.
• Consent, for analytics and marketing cookies, and for newsletter signups.

Retention

Order data is retained for 7 years to comply with Swedish bookkeeping law. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Third parties

Personal data may be shared with: PostNord (delivery), Shopify (e-commerce platform and payments), Sanity (CMS hosting), and analytics providers when consent is given.

Your rights
