Scope

These terms apply to purchases made via voxovdesign.com from BayatiCo AB ("Voxov Design").

Ordering

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is reached when Voxov Design sends an order confirmation by email.

Pricing

All prices are in SEK and include 25% Swedish VAT. Shipping is added at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. Available methods include card and Klarna.

Order confirmation

After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies, in line with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. To exercise this right, contact support@voxov.se within 14 days of receiving your order.

Liability

Voxov Design's liability is limited to the price paid for the product. Voxov Design is not liable for indirect damages.

Dispute resolution

Disputes can be referred to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), www.arn.se, or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
